2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged packaging on arrival: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Wrong product dispatched: Report within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video
• Quality defect: Significant quality deviation (mold, infestation, foreign matter) reported within 48 hours of receipt
• Weight shortage: Documented net weight significantly below stated quantity (within 2% tolerance is industry standard)

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor natural variations in kernel color, size, or texture within grade specifications
• Opened or partially consumed products (except for genuine quality defects)
• Products that have not been stored as per instructions (cool, dry place, away from moisture)
